Welcome to Hudson Modern.
Despite the name, we don’t just represent modern homes. Our work spans historic farmhouses, cabins, thoughtful renovations, land, and creative commercial spaces throughout the Hudson Valley. What connects them isn’t a particular style, but a shared sensibility — places with character, strong design, and a deep connection to their surroundings.
Hudson Modern was founded on the belief that real estate should be more thoughtful and more human. We are a small team by design, which allows us to stay closely involved with every client and every property we represent.
But our work goes beyond brokerage. We’re also shaping new communities like Rustic Pines, a 145-acre nature-forward residential community where we collaborate with designers, planners, and builders to create neighborhoods where architecture, landscape, and community all work together.
Many of us came to the Hudson Valley for the same reasons that continue to draw people here today: space, creativity, and a closer relationship to nature. What keeps people here is the culture that grows from it — artists, farmers, builders, entrepreneurs, and neighbors building something meaningful together.
Through the homes we represent and the communities we help design, Hudson Modern aims to contribute to that evolving landscape.
